TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
By submitting an entry into this Promotion, entrants warrant that they have read, understand and agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions of this PROMOTION.

4: PROMOTION PERIOD
PROMOTION commences on Monday August 17, 2015 and will end on 11:00 pm AEST Wednesday September 30, 2015. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the PROMOTION PERIOD at its own discretion.
5: REGISTRATION FOR THE PROMOTION
To enter the competition, the entrant is required to fill out the 'Win an iPad Mini!' competition form completely which is provided in the link on the Lockwood Homepage.
All the required fields must be completed to be considered as a valid entry for the competition.
There is a limit of one entry per entrant. Any additional entries by a single entrant are treated as invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
No other correspondence will be entered into.
6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is open to anyone who is an Australian resident aged 18 years and over and who is not:
(a) an employee of, or contractor to, The Promoters or any of The Promoters’ agencies involved in this Promotion; or
(b) a member of the immediate family of such employees and contractors.
“Immediate family” means spouse, defacto spouse, domestic partner, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) whether or not they live in the same household as the employee or contractor.
7: COMPETITION JUDEGEMENT
A panel of experts will be appointed by The Promoters to choose the winning entry based on the creativity and originality of the entry. The decision of the panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition winner will be contacted by phone and will be informed of the decision by an ASSA ABLOY employee on 1st October 2015 (unless PROMOTION PERIOD is extended).
8: THE PRIZE
The competition winner will receive one iPad mini as “Prize” after the announcement.
No other costs will be included other than those specifically referred above.
The prize is not redeemable online, is non-refundable, non-transferable, nor redeemable for cash. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Delivery details will be provided to the prize winner and will require a signature upon delivery of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity (for example, a phone bill or store receipt for purchase requirement) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identity, residency and/or entry validity considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
Prizes unclaimed after a period of three (3) months (from the date of announcement of the competition winner) will be forfeited subject to State regulations.
9: Limits of Liability:
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. To the maximum extent permitted by the law the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Winner, or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by the Promoter.
10: INTERLLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By entering the Promotion, the competition winner agrees to assign to ASSA ABLOY Australia Pty Limited all right, title and interest in all Intellectual Property Rights that the competition winner holds both past, present and future of whatsoever nature in and to the entry they have submitted in return for the Prize.
11: EXCLUSION OF ENTRANTS
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion or a prize for any reason (including but not limited to) that person’s medical condition or history, the preservation of the safety of the Promoter’s staff members or any other person or because the Promoter deems that the behaviour of a person may bring the Promoter’s brand into disrepute.
12: TERMINATION OF PROMOTION
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile phone failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to State regulations) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or any draw/s or judging related to the Promotion and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes the same.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to electronic messages not received by the Promoter due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason.
The Promoter may (subject to State Regulations) vary the terms of, or terminate, this Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. The Promoter will not award the prize if the Promotion is terminated.
Any dispute connected in any way with the Promotion will be resolved by The Promoters
in their absolute discretion. Should there be any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Competition Brief or other promotional materials supplied by the Promoters these terms and conditions will prevail.
13: PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
If details are removed prior to the conditions of the Promotion and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes.
Entrants agree to the use of the entrant’s entry either in whole or in part as well as the entrant’s name, and photograph for publicity and promotional purposes, including for television, film, internet, radio and other forms of media as required by The Promoters without entitlement to any additional compensation, reward or financial entitlement. Entrants agree that PROMOTER may modify any entrant’s entry as it sees fit.
