This notice covers the products, software, applications and services which Lockwood-branded and sold within Australia, including without limitation, Lockwood smart products and associated mobile applications, the Lockwood Home mobile app, including corresponding services and web portals (collectively “Services”). Lockwood smart products and associated Services are aimed at use by adults and not children. You should be at least the age of majority in the country where you live to use the Services. If a person under the age of majority intends to make use of a Lockwood smart product or associated Services, it must be with the permission of that person's parent or guardian.

The Services are offered by the companies located at 235 Huntingdale Road, Oakleigh, Victoria and 6 Armstrong Road, Albany Auckland, trading as ASSA ABLOY, together with Security & Risk Communications Limited (a member of the ASSA ABLOY Group and a wholly owned subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY AB) referred to as us, we, our, ASSA ABLOY or the Company. Security & Risk Communications Limited, registration number 417550, of Parkway Business Centre, Ballymount, Dublin 24, is the “data controller” for the purposes of registering an account for the App and your use of the Services to operate your products.

For other related processing activities which are not relating to the operation and management of the Services, but are related to your use of the Lockwood smart products, such as when you contact customer support, the ASSA ABLOY entity will be the "data controller" responsible for the processing of your personal data.
