Lockwood Victorian Power Industry Locks® (VPIL)

With the MT5+ patent expiring in 2025, ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia is committed to protecting every existing MT5+ system. The newly patented platform, MTL^™800, is designed for premium protection, flexibility, and convenience. The MTL^™800 platform is patent protected in Australia until 2039, and existing MT5+ systems can be easily migrated to MTL^™800. The MT5+ system will continue to be supported to ensure the protection of existing systems, and all MTL^™800 keys are fully backward compatible with existing MT5+ systems.

Note: The part numbers listed below are used to order locks with new pinning codes. If the requirement is for a lock in an existing pinning code or to order multiple keyed alike locks, please use part numbers that end with *KA, either in MTL^™800 or MT5+, depending on user needs. For example: 201PI2MT5+SCKA: MT5+ keyed alike or 201PI2M800SCKA: MTL800 keyed alike.
