Aeris® Wireless ZigBee Module

The Lockwood Aeris® Wireless Zigbee Module brings effortless wireless connectivity and smart functionality to your Aeris® Smart Window Actuator. Acting as a communication bridge, it seamlessly relays commands between the Lockwood Home Hub, the actuator, and other devices within the Zigbee mesh network – ensuring smooth, reliable performance across your system.

This essential component transforms the actuator from a hard-wired setup into a fully wireless solution, unlocking the convenience of remote control through the Lockwood Home App. Simply connect via the Lockwood Home Hub, and you’re ready to go.

Every Aeris® Actuator comes wireless-ready with the Aeris® Module preinstalled, but it can be removed or replaced if required. For synchronised connections, ensure the slave actuator does not have a module installed.

Hints and Tips: Module interchangeability

The Lockwood Aeris® Module can be removed if required, but it’s also what gives each Aeris® Smart Window Actuator its unique identity within the network.

You can move the module between actuators without losing configuration – its ID remains the same within the Lockwood Home App or Aeris® Remote.

This flexibility is especially useful during setup, allowing you to:

  • Configure all modules in one location before installation.
  • Reassign actuators easily without resetting the entire system.

A simple, intelligent way to streamline installation and tailor your Lockwood Aeris® Smart Window System to your needs.
